I have a 28' tow tow-behind trailer parked on my lot. I have full hookups. Secure and private. I want to rent it out to someone in need of an affordable living situation. Everything works. Fridge, stove, oven, water heater, heater (propane), AC. It's in a quiet town, low profile. No nosey neighbors. I may offer discounted rent for help around the lot and home. Optional. There is plenty of parking. No fence and no pets please. May also offer for sale by owner if you want to live in and buy the trailer. It needs a little work to fix up the outside. I have tools and some supplies to make the repairs. Call or text, and we can talk about the possibilities. Perfect for someone with a fixed or remote income.
