Senior Citizen Seeking House Rental – single-family home, unfurnished, except refrigerator, oven, stove, washer/dryer, and dishwasher (all preferred), minimum 800 square feet (might be able to handle less), minimum 2 beds/1 bath, or 1 bed/1 bath with additional sizeable area that could accommodate a large desk and some other office furniture, 2 car garage or 1 car garage with storage space and possibly a storage shed on the premises, seeking rent of $1200 or less per month.
Single, male, no children living with me, retired, military veteran, no pets, do not smoke or use drugs, credit rating over 700 with excellent history of repaying house loans and rental payments without default, can provide lender and landlord references.
