Hi there I live a bit closer to the mountains but here goes nothing: I bought this building to put up and store some stuff. Its an over sized garage building. Made for two cars and a workshop. My plans changed so it is available. I paid 14k for the building. It is 28 ft by 40 ft as planned built. If you wanted to make the building smaller you could. If you wanted to make it bigger you could do that as well. I was planning on making the ceilings higher since the original building had 8 ft ceilings and I needed 10 ft. I pulled all of the poles out of the original footings so the posts are quite long and will allow even higher than 10' ceilings. I would recommend using pier mountings to mount the poles instead of burying the poles.
